Hey, I’m Laura, a CBT therapist who works with adults struggling with anxiety and OCD, including those tricky, taboo topics that might feel hard to talk about. I get that therapy can be tough, so I like to bring some humour and creativity into our sessions. My approach is all about creating a plan that fits you—because no two people are the same. Together, we’ll navigate the challenges in a way that feels supportive, down-to-earth, and uniquely yours.
